We are looking for a competent, organized individual for support of our US and Canadian customers. A good telephone manner and positive attitude are essential. This role will suit a PC-literate person with some experience of customer management or help desk systems, and/or a good working knowledge of Microsoft software such as Access, Excel or SQL Server.  More...
