Support Analyst

We are looking for a competent, organized individual for support of our US and Canadian customers. A good telephone manner and positive attitude are essential. This role will suit a PC-literate person with some experience of customer management or help desk systems, and/or a good working knowledge of Microsoft software such as Access, Excel or SQL Server.

Duties and Responsibilities: 

These include:

    • Ensuring efficient response to calls for first and second level support, for customers,  prospective customers evaluating the software and channel partners.
    • Training clients to use the software, via web conferencing.
    • Liaising with the development team for third level support.
    • Utilizing the help desk system to log issues, propose enhancements etc.
    • Helping to test and document changes made to the software.
    • Reporting to the Customer Services Team Leader.

Likely Candidate Profile:

    • Good working knowledge of Microsoft software e.g. Access, Excel, SQL Server.
    • High level of PC literacy
    • Good communicator, both orally and with the written word
    • Self-sufficient
    • Cheerful
    • Help desk experience, ideally in the packaged software business.
