You can reject or flag records without a full and proper name or sufficient address details, or any which contain inappropriate terms (such as expletives). The matchIT API can work in conjunction with the findIT toolkit or the matchIT toolkit to enable you to check that the names and addresses entered don't already exist on your database, either in real time or later on as an off-line process.
